UPCOMING EVENTS

  • 22 March 2025, 12:00- 13:30

We know that for some people, the screen industries can feel like unknown territory, and so we are holding a small Open Event for prospective students, parents/carers from rom underrepresented ethnic groups, those eligible or on Free School Meals and those who have special educational needs.

The aim of this event is to give more information, not only about the film and TV industries, but how LSA supports young people by teaching them all they need to know for entering the industry and how we set them up for a successful future, regardless of their next step choices.

More info and sign up here.

Discover the exciting world of film & TV through our free workshops! Delivered by London Screen Academy, these sessions are designed to spark curiosity, develop skills and introduce young people to a wide range of career possibilities in this vibrant industry.

Our outreach programme is designed to encourage young people who have historically been underrepresented in the FTV industry to learn more about the screen industries.

  • Book an engaging assembly from the London Screen Academy to introduce students to the exciting world of film and television. During the session, students will learn about the academy’s unique approach to education, learn about the exciting roles our Alumni are up to, and discover a wide range of career opportunities within the screen industries. Whether they dream of becoming a director, producer, writer, editor, or have never considered a career in the industry before, this assembly will open their eyes to the many paths available to them in this dynamic field.

    Duration: 10-20 Minutes

    Format: In person, with presentation.

Who can join: Open to all year groups (Year 7 - 11)

How many can join: We can do assemblies for whole year groups or smaller classroom sizes.
